Orders can not be changed or cancelled once production has begun without an appropriate charge for work already done. If the custom product is made as entered, then we are not responsible for any typographical errors. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If the product is defective or there is a production error on our part, then we will replace the product within 30 days from the purchase date.
